Who Needs a Christmas in July Package?

Great news, friends! I have one of my Christmas novellas on a blog tour, which means there’s an ebook sale and a giveaway, plus some other goodies. Let’s break it all down …

Project Scrooge is touring with Celebrate Lit. You’ll want to check out the tour to hear what other readers are saying about my take on A Christmas Carol. AND I have not one, but TWO recipes for Iced Cocoa. There’s a Peanut Butter Cocoa and Salted Caramel Cocoa. Both are iced which makes them perfect for enjoying in the dead of summer while still giving you that taste of Christmas. Visit the blog tour here.

Can Scrooge find love from a friendship gone cold?

Sanford Stone cut ties with his best friend, Natalie, in favor of the love of his life … a woman who ended up walking out on him just before Christmas. Six years later, Sanford can’t bring himself to celebrate Christ’s birth with any joy. Little does he know, his grandmother and her companions have dubbed him the Scrooge and intend to help him overcome his bitterness and find happiness again.

The only thing that has hurt Natalie Dunivan more than Sanford cutting her out of his life has been watching his long-held grudges slowly destroy the man she has always loved. Together with Ms. Carol, Natalie devises a plan to reach out to Sanford.

Sanford accepts his grandmother’s challenge to celebrate Christmas for 31 straight days, but he didn’t count on her plan involving Natalie. Can his family and friends help their Scrooge see the error of his ways, or will Natalie’s presence only make things worse?

I have a cozy giveaway for you that includes a signed paperback copy of Project Scrooge, a “Get it while it’s hot” mug, and 3 packs of high-quality hot chocolate (flavors: Real Deal, Peppermint, Strawberry). Enter here.

If you’re picking up an ebook copy this week, it now includes the first chapter of The Engagement Cover. You can pre-order your copy of this delightful novella today, and get your first look at it at the end of Project Scrooge.

Hear what Kim Hampton and Kimberly Bowie, 2 members of my editing team, had to say about The Engagement Cover:

“Oh my word!! I couldn’t wait to get to the end but I never wanted it to end! Here’s the deal … I love Alex. I love that he’s an average guy – not all muscled up, some Greek god. He’s normal.” ~ Kimberly Bowie

“I’m really loving it, and it’s so unique. I’ve read stories before where the girl has a fake boyfriend, but never where she has a fake boyfriend filling in for her REAL boyfriend!” ~Kim Hampton

He nearly ruined her life. Now he’s the only one who can help her.

After a disastrous dating app experience that nearly destroyed her modeling career, Teresa Bradford knows what she wants, and Justin Reynolds seems to check every box. But when her family pressures her to bring him home as her fiancé in order to ease the mind of her dying grandmother, their relationship takes a weird turn, and his absences create the need for a fill-in fiancé.

Since his mom’s passing, and with his dad working out of state through the holidays, Alex Landry misses the feeling of home. So, when his friend Marc Bradford asks him for a strange favor with the promise of family for the holidays and all the tamales he can eat, he’s all in. What he didn’t expect was Marc’s sister to be the girl he’d gone on an awful date with two years ago.

Committed to a fake engagement to fulfill a dying woman’s wish, Alex and Teresa form a rocky friendship. As first impressions change and it becomes clear that Alex fits in better with her family than Justin does, Teresa is forced to reconsider what she wants. She’s drawn to both men for different reasons, but the one who nearly ruined her life might be the one to help her find what truly matters.
